📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of premium commercial properties, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal tenant satisfaction.
• Manage a portfolio of high-end commercial properties, including office spaces, retail outlets, and mixed-use developments.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and operational excellence.
• Implement and enforce property maintenance schedules, ensuring timely repairs and upkeep.
• Monitor energy consumption and utility costs, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on property performance and operational issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management, with a focus on premium properties.
• Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi, BuildingIQ, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in property management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
