Kozystay is seeking a skilled and proactive General Maintenance Technician (MEP & Civil) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of MEP systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine and emergency repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure the safety and compliance of all maintenance activities.
• Use industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD and BIM 360, for planning and executing maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and update maintenance records and schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in general maintenance, preferably in MEP and civil infrastructure.
• Certifications in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD and BIM 360.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
