📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors, fostering a productive and motivating work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing regular reports for the board of directors.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high standards of service and product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.,Strong financial management and strategic planning skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
