As an HRGA Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of managing our HR department, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and implementing policies that support our team's well-being and performance. You'll also oversee general affairs, including office management, facility maintenance, and event coordination, ensuring our physical and digital spaces are always top-notch. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage HR strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee general affairs, including office management, facility maintenance, and event coordination.
- Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize and facilitate team-building activities and company events.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, including employee records and policies.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings and managing office supplies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles, with a strong background in managing teams and operations.
- Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali.
