📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture, values, and job requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate suitability.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
