📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality food and service by implementing and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the high standards of the restaurant.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or casual dining setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management tools.
