📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Lead and mentor a team of QC staff to maintain and improve quality standards.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of quality control processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.,Provide training and support to new team members to ensure they meet quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and standards.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team to achieve quality goals.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
