Learning Development - Immediate

PT Duta Tambang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Development professional to join our team in Subang. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start right away. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance.

We offer a competitive salary package of Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month. This is a full-time position with benefits that include health insurance, provident fund, and annual leave.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Identify training needs and develop learning solutions to address these needs.
• Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
• Conduct needs analysis and performance assessments to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
• Collaborate with department heads and employees to ensure the successful implementation of learning initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
• Evaluate and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives on employee performance and organizational success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
