Logistics Coordinator

Cafe Cahya Auto Service is looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics operations of our business, ensuring that our products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

We are offering a competitive salary package of Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 11.000.000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the logistics operations of the business, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that products are received in a timely manner and at the right quantities.
• Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products on hand to meet customer demand.
• Work with the sales team to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Ensure that all logistics operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and vendors alike.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
