Source and attract potential candidates through various channels,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications,Conduct initial interviews and assessments,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates,Provide feedback to candidates after interviews,Maintain a database of potential candidates,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
