Puskesmas Elsa Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a smooth workflow. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.,Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure product availability.,Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and record-keeping.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for food and beverage production.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work remote and adhere to company policies and procedures.
