📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock.,Process customer orders, shipments, and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions.,Assist in the preparation and organization of store layouts, displays, and merchandise.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a store administration or similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with retail or e-commerce operations is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
