Security Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Campaign Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing campaign data to provide valuable insights and recommendations that drive our marketing strategies.

As a Senior Campaign Analyst, you will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that our campaigns are data-driven and optimized for maximum impact. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights,Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance,Work closely with the marketing team to ensure data-driven decision making,Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance,Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with business goals,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and marketing,Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field,3-5 years of experience in a data analytics or marketing role,Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau,Experience with campaign management tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills,Knowledge of A/B testing and other experimental design techniques
