Home Easy Nusantara is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Supervisor to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You will also be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring that they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales targets and work with the team to achieve and exceed them.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized store, including all merchandise and displays.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.,Work with the marketing team to promote sales and special events in the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and employees.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required. English proficiency is a plus.
