📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and schedule engaging content for our social media channels, including posts, stories, and videos.,Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on our social media platforms.,Analyze social media metrics and performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.,Report on social media performance to senior management on a regular basis.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted advertising and engagement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with high engagement and growth.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for content creation and distribution.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging content.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
