📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort floor, including guest services, room service, and housekeeping,Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that the resort maintains its high standards of quality and cleanliness,Work closely with the management team to ensure that all aspects of the resort are running smoothly and efficiently,Manage and train a team of front desk and housekeeping staff,Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner,Monitor and maintain the resort's inventory and supplies,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the resort is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations,Participate in the development and implementation of the resort's overall strategy and goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry,Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
