📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their performance and skills.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential customers and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel extensively for business purposes.
