In this role, you'll work closely with our team to prepare and serve a variety of premium beverages, including bubble teas, milkshakes, and specialty drinks. You'll use our state-of-the-art equipment, including our high-speed blenders and precision espresso machines, to create drinks that are both delicious and visually stunning. Your ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure will be crucial as you handle multiple orders simultaneously.

• Prepare and serve a variety of premium beverages, including bubble teas, milkshakes, and specialty drinks.
• Operate and maintain high-speed blenders, espresso machines, and other beverage-making equipment.
• Ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
• Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including blending, shaking, and pouring.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with high-speed blenders, espresso machines, and other beverage-making equipment.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
