📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance customer service and sales skills.,Promote the store's brand and products to attract and retain customers.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage budgets and ensure the store operates within financial guidelines.,Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
