In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests while maintaining the high standards of our hotel. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure all areas of the hotel are functioning effectively.,Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and training as needed.,Represent the hotel at various events and functions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
