MERIDIAN Unggul is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Internal Audit professional to join our team in Binjai, Sumatera Utara. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing internal audit activities, providing strategic advice, and ensuring the effective implementation of audit plans and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage internal audit activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.,Provide strategic advice to senior management on audit findings and recommendations.,Ensure the effective implementation of audit plans and procedures.,Conduct risk assessments and develop risk-based audit plans.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the audit committee.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior auditors and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, or CMA).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
