📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information,Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized shopping area,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets,Participate in training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds
