📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and mentor a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and organized work environment,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent stockouts and overstocking,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve departmental and company goals,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems,Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles,Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
