📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Manage a team of 5-7 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute store-specific initiatives and events.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving sales in a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems, such as Square or Shopify.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for books and a commitment to fostering a love for reading in the community.
• Familiarity with Bali's literary scene and the ability to engage with local authors and book clubs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
