📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of government accountability frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct audits and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of government programs and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, civil society organizations, and the public.
• Prepare and present regular reports to the provincial government on the status of government accountability.
• Provide guidance and support to government departments and agencies on matters related to government accountability.
• Participate in the development and implementation of provincial government strategies and policies.
• Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial and non-financial information to the provincial government.
• Represent the provincial government in meetings and conferences related to government accountability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in government accountability, auditing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of government accounting standards and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in government accounting or a related field is a plus.
