As an MEP Engineering Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems design for our luxury hospitality projects in Bali. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into our award-winning designs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee MEP systems for luxury villas and resorts in Bali, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Conduct load calculations, equipment sizing, and system performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and international standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MEP engineering.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative MEP solutions for our projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations in Bali.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in LEED or other sustainable building practices is a plus.
