📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily cleaning operations of our villas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of housekeepers, providing training and support to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Coordinate with the front office and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Inspect villas regularly to identify and address any maintenance or cleaning issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in villa management and hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to mentor and train staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning protocols, equipment, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with property management software, such as CleanSheets or similar.
• Valid certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
