📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of store equipment, including refrigeration units, POS systems, security systems, and inventory management tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our stores.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with store managers and staff to ensure that our stores are clean, well-maintained, and running smoothly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our stores are equipped with the most efficient and effective equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of store equipment and facilities to identify any potential issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to store staff on the proper use and maintenance of store equipment.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all store equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of store equipment.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, POS systems, security systems, and inventory management tools.
• Familiarity with electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
